I recently coached a beauty brand team of 10 people through a multi-day content traject helping them develop confidence, structure and storytelling skills so they could create content independently as a team and no longer need to outsource this part.

This traject runs over four days and combines teaching, practical exercises and live feedback.

    We create structure. Content pillars, themes, posting rhythm and workflows that fit your brand, so content becomes intentional instead of random.

  • Practical Content Creation
    Your team learns how to film, edit and tell stories in short-form content. We create content together, with live guidance and feedback

  • Review, Refine & Embed
    We review what was created, refine style and messaging, and build a sustainable content system your team can continue using independently.
